In addition to my work as an Arts Manager & Creative Consultant, I am an accredited Life & Career Coach offering one-to-one coaching for people who want to lead more balanced, intentional, values-driven lives.
What is coaching?
Coaching is not about receiving therapy, advice or being mentored. It's about enabling you to identify and clarify your own goals and develop your own plans towards achieving these; establishing where you are now and where you'd like to be, working to find your best path to get there, and tackling whatever it is that's holding you back along the way.
As your coach I will neither advise nor guide but rather, in a series of structured conversations, I will create a productive, focused space within which you can explore and pursue your own thinking and solutions. I want to support you in crafting an intentional, values-driven life focussed on what is important to you, not what others may have told you to find important. I will encourage you to engage with thoughts and activities that challenge, energise and inspire you, and create an environment within which you can discover more about yourself and what you’re capable of.
